Yup, the reason I've not posted on the list is cause its not actually
working yet.

I thought I fixed the LED creation hook-in, though with that report of
1700 hooks, I'm no longer sure of that.  Since the config parsers
don't understand hex, I'm fixing that as part of this too.  It
appeared as though it only loaded 30 threshold based LED hooks for my
mk2, which seemed reasonable.  Perhaps you could look to see what
duplicates you are seeing and if there is any relation to the outputs
block...

In any case there are messages going into sendMIDIShortMessage, I
haven't looked up stream from where midiledhandler calls that to find
out why it doesn't light anything yet (maybe it doesn't know to to
route outputs to devices by their name or something).

>From here I'm going to fix reading/writing hex values, then resaving
the MIDI leds stuff, then finally I'll try and figure out why the LEDs
don't light.
