I mostly agree with Adam, but you both make good points. Part of the
pizazz of scripting is the insane amount of stuff you can do with it
though. I think we should see what sort of feedback we get from users
after the beta and adjust the mapping accordingly (or maybe produce
some additional "basic" mapping, as was suggested.)

The only thing I want to nag on you about is this bug where you can
make Mixxx's GUI freeze for several seconds with the SCS.3d:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/mixxx/+bug/361170

It freaked me out while I was sitting at home, but if that happened to
me while I was at a gig, I'd probably never use Mixxx again. If you
want to dive into the wasteland that is the old library code, go ahead
and try to fix it, but otherwise I think we should disable those
library scrolling features in the SCS.3d script, at least for the
beta.
