I added a description column to the controller tables. For controllers 
that have Mixxx mappings, I think we should have descriptions of what 
the mappings do regardless of what the hardware was designed for. So, 
for controllers designed for 2 decks that have 4 deck mappings, the 
description could say 4 decks with a footnote explaining that this is 
enabled by a deck toggle button.

Please take a look through the descriptions. Check that they are 
accurate for controllers you know about and fix them if they could be 
better.

I think the "Supported since Mixxx version" column should be changed to 
"Last updated with Mixxx version". I don't think the former is 
important, but the latter will help keep track of which mappings could 
use updating with new Mixxx features.
