This movie has been ripped by someone else. When given the input SAR 3:4 to y4mscaler, things went right. But it displays right with mplayer when given the mplayer option "-aspect 4:3" and encoding works right with transcode when given "-y mpeg2enc,toolame --import_asr 2". Thanks.
