First entry after searching for YUV4MPEG Perl <a href="http://frodo.dyn.gno.org/~brettk/yuv4mpeg/";>Perl::YUV4MPEG</a> I remember looking at this YUV bindings/wrapper some time ago. I'm pretty sure it's been version 0.04 for over a year or two. Given a choice, I'd rather write filters in Perl than in C. I'd suggest trying to contact the author to report the problem.
