Hey All, I have a feeling i need to replace my ignition switch and need to know exactly what's involved and tools needed so i can try to do it myself. It was changed almost 2 years ago. When i turn on the key nothing happens at all. I don't think it's my starter because when it went, it would whine but not catch and I've since had it replaced. Therefore, I wanna try to change it myself.
I have the Bentley Manual but I'm sure many of you know special tricks that will make changing it a little easier. Also, what's the cause of ignition switch failure? Is 2 years a typical lifespan for it?
