The rubber mount is cheaper, but you need a bracket ($20) to convert.  If
you want to put the power down to the road, and don't mind the dash
vibrating you can get a plastic insert for the passenger mount too.

I have the bracket and pass. mount I didn't get to this past fall.  My mount
bottoms out on hard left corners.
