It wasn't really in the cookbook, it was at a sight that had the cook book. I know that most of that stuff doesn't work at all, they don't put the right amount of chemicals in or whatnot. Oh, and by the way, those phone hacking techniques are years old. If you blast a 2600Hz tone into your phone, expect the police to be at your house in about 5 minutes. They're pretty strict on that stuff, ma bell. DO NOT try it, trust me...
