Chris,

I can't belive that NJ actually cares about vehicle emissions - come on,
isn't the state motto "Home of Industrial Waste"?

Speaking of dyno testing, VA has recently implemented the same thing. I was
a bit worried a last year b/c I run a rather, um, healthy chip in my M5
along with a Euro cam gear (yes, I'm a modification fanatic, sue me). The
car passed the dyno test and barely moved the needles - much to my surprise.
In any case, we Virginians seem to feel that the state is attempting to put
the privateers out of business and garner all the testing revenues for
themselves.
