Winterhaters,
you should all come over here, we have not only salt, but
salt mixed with sand going sipped down on roads! And yes
usually they dont bother to simply remove the snow/dirt
mixture, which makes the driving alot harder. Ive done these
180 deg turns couple times going thru sudden dirt heaps.
And when spring comes, we have these nice wind
breezes followed by sand chirpy gritting between teeth.
Woha. I love it when truck goes right front of me! 
I guess next car will be with A/C, its really a necesserity!
