Eureka! Well, I replaced the switch and no more buzzing (it's nice to have an extra engine laying around). Now I really want to get my Votex console with the Oil Pressure gauge hooked up so I can make sure that everything is cool.
BTW, does anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram for aftermarket VDO gauges? I have yet to check their site, but I called ND and they said it once took them 2 1/2 months to get a gauge into a New Beetle b/c VDO doesn't put one in with the gauge itself.
