Give some more details on your clutch failures before you blow $$ on
a super-special, ultra-rare, and even more ultra expensive clutch. I
usually get about one season from a stock clutch before the disc
explodes BUT I'm a bit rough on the clutch - 7000 rpm downshifts,
speed-clutch upshifts and the like.

The Center of the disk usually self destructs, however I have also had the actual surface "chuck" with pieces torn out. I did have the flywheel lightened and resurfaced Locally and the tranny was rebuilt by German Transaxle. The disks would usually last a year or two before self destruction occurred. The Chunking has been occurring more frequently now that I have a aluminum front motor mount installed.

How are the clutches failing? Does the disc explode? Does it just
slip? Has the flywheel been resurfaced? Details, man, we need
details.
