Rich,
  You have  a few solutions. You can pull off the chrome trim on the
bumper. It doesn't look bad with it missing. I pulled off the red stripe
on my bumper. Or you could paint it. I'd just pull it off though. As for
the door handles, the chrome piece pops off with a screwdriver. You can
either get black ones from the junkyard, or sand and paint yours. If you
go to the junk yard, keep your eye out for the all black rubber bumper
trim that can be used instead of your chrome trim. Just pry up one end
and pull it off. Like peeling a banana.
