I'm having some electrical problems. Here is what they are: 1. I'm burning up passenger headlights like there is no tomorrow (approx. 5 hours burn time per bulb) 2. passenger side front parking light does not work (but does work with blinker) 3. radio (heidleberg aktiv system) works all the time (car on, car off, key on, key off), must be shut off manually when car is off 4. high beams/low beams are really whacked out, here is what I have found with those: when high beam light is on low left light is high beam right is low. when high beam light is on high left light is low right light is slightly higher but not what i would call a "high beam" 5. car starts with seat belts disconnected from door 6. headlights only go on when car is started, parking lights all the time
here is what I am thinking. I have found a lot of what I consider to be "engineered" wiring on the car. There is a seperate wire running to the ignition switch. The front parking lights are rigged with twist offs from the headlights. I have no clue with the radio. am I going to have to take it in for a new wiring harness? am I beyond hope? please help me out. thank you, -John
