Denis, 
I have a complete 16V dash with cluster (260km/h, 8K tack).
As far as I know, the cluster will only work on CIS-E.
I also have a trunk lid, hood, doors, etc.

I'm in the midst of parting out a 89 Jetta Trophy (German Built).
If anyone is interested in any parts, let me know.

I'm located in Toronto.
