I don't mean to threadjack, but I was wondering if anyone has tried the
Kumho ECSTA 711's, they're quite a bit cheaper than the 712's for
195/50/15's which is good for me at the moment. Just wondering how these
compare to the 712's?

Also anyone tried the Sumitomo HTR 200's? and if so how do they compare to
the 712's. They got better reviews on tirerack, but that usually doesn't
mean anything.
I currently have the sumitomo HTR 200's on teardrops and am very happy with
them (cheap + good performance). But I'm a tire novice so I don't know if
the other tires are significantly better and need to buy new tires for my
corrado rims, hence the questions.
