The output flanges should all be 100mm for the 4-cylinder cars. The input shaft is larger on the 16v and Mk3 8v cars but I don't consider that a necessity. The clutch disc is different to accommodate the different input shaft diameters but the rest of the assembly (flywheel & pressure plate) are the same.
