I use the floor jack and bench press method. I am not a big guy so pretty much anyone should be able to do it with an o2o trans. Be sure to check for the locating pins on the old trans versus the new trans. Nothing is worse than swinging a trans up there only to realize you have a pin on both the reans & the block. Btdt.
