My intention was for this to be about bugs related to the first run experience. If we're talking about things like hints to teach people how to use features, I think those bugs should be filed with those features (e.g. "Reader view contextual hint" could be part of "Reader view").
Are there other onboarding things you're thinking about besides first run, that wouldn't already have an appropriate Bugzilla component? I'm open to updating the description, but my main intention was to find a new home for bugs related to this bigger feature, since they all fall under "General" right now.
