In the desktop version I can press the edit tab at the top of the screen to edit the entire Signpost page. On the mobile version no such tab exists.
Look what happens when you try to edit the page by pressing the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the screen. You are directed to https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Wikipedia_Signpost/2014-07-23/News_and_notes#editor/0 which ends with the wikitext "Four [[Wikimedia chapter]]s (Netherlands, UK, France, and Switzerland) provided funding for the project, which Europeana has spent four years developing. It was first announced [[:File:2011 GLAMcamp Amsterdam Mass Upload and Metrics.ogv|in 2011]]." All wikitext below that cannot be edited, starting with the section below called "How does it work?" where no pencil icon exists.
