Hello all, There has been the publication of a new book edited by Raul Pertierra entitled "The social construction and usage of communications technologies." It includes chapters by Czarina Saloma-Akpedonu, Leopoldina Fortunati, Timo Kopmaa, Ilpo Koskinen, Sakari Taipale, Itaru Nagasaka, Patrick Law and Yinni Peng, Reevany Bustami and Ellisha Nasruddin, Bui Hoai Son as well as Raul Pertierra. It was launched at the recent conference "Living the information society" in Manila, Philippines. Rich L.
