Hi The book is published by the University of the Philippines Press (UP Press)...however , dont bother googling for their site; it is quite outdated as Sakari found out -- the numbers are all wrong and there is nothing to indicate online ordering possibilities.
WE were trying to get in touch with them by phobne today to find this out directly, but no one was answering....they may be on holiday. It is a long weekend till the May Day holiday, so they will be closed for sure till May 1st. When we get any word on this, we will post info on this list...but dont expect anything till middle of next week at the earliest. In the meantime, congrats to Raul and all the authors...
