different companies make their own customization in the anthroid versions they are using in their products. I have both Sony Xperia and Celkon campus with me. Some of the options available in celkon are not available in sony which has a higher specifications and price compared to celkon. Like vice some options available in sony is not available in celkon, quiet understandably, celkon is of low price option.
