I've seen comlaining many people many things ;o)). As said it's a matter
of rising efficiency of mail communication in general rather than
running after (or ignoring) personal complaints.

Agreed. But before changing anything, I'll go and look to make the
posting guidelines more descriptive in terms of making essential
information available instantly. I'll come back here, when done. If
anyone want's to participate the work - welcome! :o)).

Changing without complementary action will deliver the prove of chaos
