How to keep "Connection: Keep-Alive"

Hi,

How do you make perl script (either on Linux+Apache+Mod_perl
or in NT+IIS4 environment) make a "Connection: Keep-Alive".

On both environment, the connections always closes after the
perl script finished execution.

Any idea?
