Sessions on win 32

Hello,
I have searched everywhere but there is documentation on
how to implement Apache::Session on windows.
Has anyone done this? Please point me to relevent
docs if you know any.
I have read about Apache::Session::Win32 but the package is
removed and obsolete from the latest Apache::Session module.
