If you're using thispackage, then you must also use the Perl
and Apache binaries that come with it. Is that the case?
Alternatively, if you're using ActivePerl, there's mod_perl
ppms available at http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppmpackages/
that you can install with the ppm utility.
