install apache:asp in windows

Sir,

I want to run sum asp programs using apache webserver 1.3 so i downloaded mod_perl-2.0-current.tar

to have asp support on apache webserver.

1. Please tell me how to install.(in the website it is not clear)

2. Is there any change in config file.

3. then how to run an asp file.

please send me reply as quick as possible.
