Hmm, make that:
When building mod_perl 1.99 on HP-UX 11 for PA-RISC architecture,
using

The patches are only available for HP-UX 11.xx, so the version is
relevant. I don't have access to a box running anything earlier than
11.00, so I don't know if mod_perl 1.99_11 would work there at all (when
compiled with the HP C compiler). But then, these patches are neither
used nor needed by GCC.
