I'll be using .12 in production in 3 weeks. Just running tests now.

Once the API is frozen and documented, and this todo list [1] is cleaned up we will release 2.0. You can help to make this happen earlier.

Most like yes, but no guarantees are available. Check for yourself, see if it's ready or not and report back success/failures.
