i think something that's worth noting is that people in san diego don't seem
to think it's too far, as i have several friends down there who make regular
appearances in these inland empire clubs, and sean cavanaugh is flying from
san francisco to dj it, so what's a 40 minute drive? additionally, i think
that upland/pomona is roughly the same distance from people in orange county
as hollywood is, just by a different route.
i understand what you mean, though...i grew up in riverside after all, and i
could have never imagined something of this sort happening out there.
