Yes. The beta versions (mod_ssl-2.1b6, for instance) are  suposed to work on
NT.  I found the problem was in the pathing program.  I found another port
of GNU patch (2.1) and it
worked.  Now I have it build on NT 4.0 (apache 1.3.3 and mod_ssl 2.1b6,
using MSVC++ 5.0 compiler) with a few warning messages.
