I gather (well, not had coffee yet, so could have read it wrong) you use
name based virtual servers? One IP number, multiple names (just like RIPE
tells us to do ;)? If so, there is your problem. Just give each server its
own ip number (and yes, ipv6 is on its way) and it is solved. Somewhere in
the archive is an extensive explaination why this should be done in this
way. The mod_ssl manual pages are quite clear also:
