I've also noticed this problem with IE4.01, which I fixed for one user byIt's not worked for me yet, but I'm going to try getting an entire 128-bit upgrade and see if that fixes it instead. I suspect it will since it's IE4's failure to cope with the negotiation for non-128-bit.
