No. I DO mean [EMAIL PROTECTED], as shown at the left
"Feedback" link on this page:

http://lists.cpan.org/

And all over this site. In fact, I click on the "Feedback" link,
rather than type it by hand. If it should be [EMAIL PROTECTED] or
anything else, then this is another thing that has to be updated.

I simply want to inform an page content that took me 3 days to find
the answer. Now my original mail has been forwarded to at least 5-6
people for a week. Everyone tell me to try someone else. I've even
tried the rt system as a bug report. But I still can't find who is
responsible as the list master till now.

I fully understand that this is a volunteer-supported system. Most
people, if not all, did not got paid for their hard works. I do
appreciate everybody here. But, to be honest, I really got impressed by
this bureaucracy this time. I have to be really patient in order to
report a web content problem.

Then I suppose you are (one of) the person in charge here. Thank
you for your answer. I attached my original mail below. Hope that this
helps. Please tell me if you need any more information.

Subject: Please Update the List Archives Page
----

Dear CPAN List Manager,

Hi. This is imacat from Taiwan. Could you please update this page:

http://lists.cpan.org/showlist.cgi?name=modperl-user

    According to this archive list:

http://perl.apache.org/maillist/modperl.html#Searchable_Archives

The archives listed on the previous CPAN list page are either 404
dead links, duplicated or seriously outdated. Thank you.
