I also have had no luck for the past year getting information at
lists.cpan.org
updated. I would be happy to maintain this data, if it just needs a
maintainer.
I suggested a couple months ago on this list that a wiki would
probably be a good place to maintain this data. That way nobody has
to be a bottleneck for data changes, someone just has to keep the
site running.
