I agree that not all is perfect, but in many cases regarding perl.org
and related infrastructure, it's not easy to find out where to send
helpful comments if you don't already know.  Bug/issue notices require
time and effort and putting roadblocks doesn't encourage people to
contribute.

Example: noc.perl.org doesn't have any clear instruction on how to get
a message to anyone.  There's no obvious link to log.perl.org (unless
you think to click into one of the posted stories) and only there do
you find an email address.  And why would one think that the log is
where to look in the first place?

These things could be easier.

Kudos to Imacat for being persistent enough to make sure the message
gets through.
