And now I see that it even has a HISTORY section at the bottom. But
that references dates and not versions. Would anyone like to volunteer
to mesh those dates with the releases?
Possibly, just inserting chunks of:
"=item $DATE\n\n=over 2\n\n=item * Release $N"
