Mail::OutlookX is an XS wrapper around libdbx (see
http://freshmeat.net/projects/libdbx). This library understands the
infamous *.dbx files as produced by Microsoft's Outlook Express.
According to search.cpan.org this module would be the first one of
its kind since David Coppit's mbx2mbox is not a library but a
script.
