I don't know if this is still valid but a former IT colleague told me to put a fictitious contact in my address book eg [email protected] this entry is the first to appear in the address book. I was told that programmes that work their way through address books start at the beginning and look for a successful sending of a message. Obviously the address won't work and the programmes stop working their way through address/contacts lists.
I have such an entry in my contacts ... But don't know if it actually works.
