Well said Owen.

A Morgan is after all a car and cars are designed and meant to be used in all weathers even rain.

I well remember a conversation with Peter shortly before he passed away, his views on this subject interetesting.

A Morgan is first and foremost a Sports car so use it as such.

I advise owners to try their hand at PCTs, sprints and hill climbs, you will be amazed at how much FUN you will have.

Cheers,

Chas..

Everything on a Morgan is either replaceable or fixable, so follow Paul and Richard's advice and use it. If you bend it, scratch it etc., you can either consider it as "patina" (mind you, Richard's car is currently suffering a surfeit of "patina" after a little vigorous use, recently) or as an excuse to potter with it.Cheers,Owen, on another cold, dull day in Scotland.----- Original Message ----- From: "Paul Fileman" <[email protected]>To: "mogtalk2" <[email protected]>Sent: Thursday, July 12, 2012 9:26 AMSubject: RE: [mogtalk2] New Owner at Last!!!> <<<<Morgan's are fragile and they scratch easily and really do not like > the> wet.>>>>>>>>>>Hate to disagree with a fellow Mogtalker/Mog owner, but I think that's> tosh!!>> In August 2003 when our bundle of joy arrived, I started out thinking that> the Morgan was a very fragile device.
