As I said, it works with direct operation, and it works by-passing the
relay.

I asked him about the earth straps and connections (satisfactory) but it
does work directly anyway.

I wondered about the extra relay and different wire sizes, hence my concern
if more current went through the ignition/starter switch.  Maybe that is
why the relay had been added if it was not original equipment.  Does any
Moss Box +8 owner know if it was original equipment?
