Hi Kris, It sounds like you probably haven't installed the Apple Mobile Provisioning profile. To do this, you'll need to log in to Apple's developer site and go to the iOS Provisioning Portal and create a provisioning profile for your app/company and then download/install it (if I recall correctly, just open the downloaded *.mobileprovision file and it will get installed).
