Meet Tucson filmmakers MATTHEW REEL and ELSKE MCCAIN at this special
Arizona premiere of their new trash/art/horror flick, JESSICKA RABID!
Local filmmakers Matthew Reel (The Goat Sucker, All the French are
Whores) and Elske McCain (Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead,
Gimme Skelter), present their first feature film, JESSICKA RABID!
This is the shocking tale of the Hoffman family, a depraved clan
surrounded by drugs, incest & corruption. But this twisted family
holds an even darker secret
their family member Jessicka (McCain), whom they keep locked in a cage
and treat like the family dog. After years of mental and physical
torture and sexual abuse, Jessicka finds her opportunity for horrific
revenge, but at a tragic price.
JESSICKA RABID features unnerving performances by cult favorites Elske
McCain and Trent Haaga (Bonnie and Clyde vs. Dracula), and is
stylishly directed and edited by Matthew Reel, who infuses the psycho
drama with elements of the morbid and surreal. Resembling a long-lost
cousin to such early seventies trash cinema classics as Last House on
the Left and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, "Jessicka Rabid looks like

ALSO SCREENING: "O Cinzeiro" (The Ashtray), a short film by Matthew
