Bones, I am surprised that you found the M23 more comfortable. I looked at one, but found the v-berth too narrow to be a true double, and missed the headroom of the Flicka. On the other hand, that fine entry is part of what makes the boat fast. I am with you on the weight issue, however. If I were not considering offshore sailing, I would think the M23 would be an excellent choice. The new M23 looks very nice, but alas, is out of my budget.
