Hi Scott, My M23 has a custom interior. I do not have the fiberglass drop in liner, the interior was all done in wood with a wood sole. The V berth is larger and I have a hidded porta-potty instead of the normal head. Thus, the head area ia all part of the V berth. There is room for two comfortably. You are correct in that I cannot stand upright when down below, but, I don't think I could in a Flicka either. We all like to sail a boat that has some performance, in that area the M23 really shines.
