M_Boats: Motor Locks for 2HP Honda

The problem with the Honda 2hp is at the mechanism that allows it to rotate 
in a 360. If a thief were so inclined, all it would take is to remove the two 
bolts and everything except the mounting hardware is now his. Because of that, 
I believe this motor is one that ought to be outa sight outa mind.
