montgomery owners: my name is dave scobie and i'm looking at joining your club by purchasing an M15. i've located a boat in the seattle area - hull #288. i've been looking into the history of this boat, as she has been around for 22 years, and see that there are two hulls out there with the same number. so someone has a 'fake' montgomery ... or there is a record keeping issue. the boat is described and pictured at the following www address: http://home.wavecable.com/~ds.seibold/sailboat/sailboat.htm you will notice there is a picture of "Pato's" HIN number (scroll the the bottom of the www page listed above): MMP2880684. besides this number not having the correct number of digits, she is the same hull number as Rich Cottrell's M15 "Really". thoughts on this situation are appreciated. happy sailing. dave scobie *possible M15 owner*
