lolol,,,,well, that depends on the boat, the parking lot surface and how many
beers one had prior to the plunge.....and it doesn't have to be a "flat out"
fall.....a qualifying fall may take several minutes from start to finish and
may even require a "pit stop" on the way down......

your boat while in the parking lot at least once, and a few other things us
