I have towed and launched with three different vehicles:
1984 Toyota PU (4 cyl, manual) 1990 Mazda MPV (4 cyl, manual) 2000 Subaru Forester (4 cyl, manual)Launching was probably easier with the pickup because of its higher clearance but shallow ramps are a problem for all three vehicles.
